Baked Salmon with Garlic & Dijon

Baked Salmon with Garlic & Dijon Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 500g salmon fillet
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced into 4 rings

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 210°C. Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Step 2: Slice salmon into 4 portions and arrange on the baking sheet, skin side down.
  • Step 3: In a small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 4: Spread the marinade generously over the top and sides of the salmon, then top each piece with a lemon slice.
  • Step 5: Bake at 210°C for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through and flaky. Avoid overcooking.
