Oysters Japanese-Style
Ingredients:
- 1/4 teaspoon wasabi
- 2 teaspoons ketjap manis
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 sheet toasted nori
- 24 medium oysters on the half shell (1.5kg)
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced pickled ginger, extra

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dressing: Whisk wasabi, ketjap manis, rice vinegar, lime juice, pickled ginger, sesame oil, and peanut oil in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- Prepare the Nori: Cut the nori in half lengthwise and shred finely.
- Assemble the Dish: Arrange the oysters on a serving plate. Drizzle each oyster with the dressing, then sprinkle with shredded nori and the extra pickled ginger.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
