Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon wasabi
  • 2 teaspoons ketjap manis
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1/2 sheet toasted nori
  • 24 medium oysters on the half shell (1.5kg)
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced pickled ginger, extra

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Dressing: Whisk wasabi, ketjap manis, rice vinegar, lime juice, pickled ginger, sesame oil, and peanut oil in a small bowl to make the dressing.
  • Prepare the Nori: Cut the nori in half lengthwise and shred finely.
  • Assemble the Dish: Arrange the oysters on a serving plate. Drizzle each oyster with the dressing, then sprinkle with shredded nori and the extra pickled ginger.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
